Woods takes command at Congressional (AP)
Tiger Woods finished signing for the lowest 36-hole score ever at Congressional Country Club and was met by a couple of AT&T National officials wanting to know his plans for the afternoon. "I'm done," Woods said, indicating that he would not be going to the practice range. The question is whether the 75 other players remaining at Congressional feel the same way.
Diaz, Kemp share Farr lead (AP)
Laura Diaz barely remembers the last time she led an LPGA Tour event. Sarah Kemp never had. Now those two unlikely front-runners head into the weekend chased by a strong group of pursuers at the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic. 4 foot birdle putt miss!
I was trying out this new course at Feng Huang Shan near Dongguan and it was recently opened with 9 holes completed. It was built on hill so very challenging yet interesting.
I used a 5 wood off the tee on this second hole which was a bit uphill. Fairway was not too generous and difficult to recover if I hit either right or left (just ask my playing buddies).
